REFUND In June 2025 I received gift of perfume which was bought at cresta mall body shop and I didn't like the scent of the perfume the one I like it's sold at the other shop so before the 30days refund rule expired I decided to take it back and get refund I was assisted by a lady who gave me attitude a lady called NELI she told me I can't get refund because I don't have a clicks point card that was used to purchase the perfume,so what happens if the person who bought me came this side for a short period and left? It means I can't get refund because of the clicks points card? And I was forced to tak other products with the value of the perfume,the lady started getting funny at me when I changed my mind and said it's okay will go back with that perfume since I can't get refund that a nonsense service that I received on that day and I don't wish someone else must experience it,if a customer wants a refund give a refund stop with stupid rules that without clicks points card you won't be refunded.
