Worst experience ever!!!

Booked in ,got incorrect room.Checked into correct room.Then people knock and want to get into room booked doubled.went to play on tables then machine is locked,struggled to get money.complained to Manager.played machines again then machines playes on own automatic?***!!!This was my gift to my husband for his birthday!!!!what a embarrassment!!!!Bad,bad,bad experience over all!!!
