Unacceptable Cape Royale Hotel

Cape Royale Hotel. What a nightmare experience Firstly, we were shocked at the poor reception, had to wait 30 + min for a cleaner to take us to your room.

When we got to our room, the aircon panels were broken out of the wall. The bed lights were broken. The kitchen chair was broken. The TV did not work. The furniture was torn. The carpet was filthy. The kitchen door cupboard was broken. The bed linen was creased, and it was wet!!! We asked for a better cleaner room but were told they are fully booked and we must cancel our booking. So we did and we left! This is NOT a 5-star hotel. We paid R4450 per night for this. They ignore all our emails and calls to demand a refund.
