I made a booking for myself and my daughter for her 8th birthday at the Cape Royal for a beautiful Spa day . I called the hotel before the time to confirm the boofing in wich they confirmed availability for Saturday the 20th September @ 12 in the afternoon. I made my online payment and on arrival at the Cape Roayal on Saturday , I was told that someone was supposed to call me and advise me that they were closed.
Imgine my disappointed. I had to uber to get there and paid R180 back and forth. I was not allowed in and there was no manager or reception to speak to . I was then left standing outside on the pavement and tried calling Wikideals , or the Cape Royal recevations to get clarity on this matter.
I was so humiliated and disgusted by this experience. I could not get through to the Wikideals contact number and calling the Cape royal I only got through to someone who did not have answers for me. The main contact number did not even ring. Was I being ****med ???? you should be ashamed.
Please can someone contact me as I don’t want to take this any further then necessary. Please see my attached reservation email
