Booked a room through Agoda, it was confirmed and money debited on my card on the 13th of October 2021. I flew from Johannesburg to Durban only to be told when i arrived at the property that there are no rooms and they can't accommodate me, they told me that they can't assist even with the refund, that i must contact Agoda. I was stuck trying to find accommodation at night without assistance from the hotel, they just didn't care. I am still struggling to get my refund from Agoda.
