I've purchased a vehicle with the assistance of the car finance company. I have notified Shavir (who assisted with the deal) on a few occasions that the vehicle I purchased has numerous problems and they did nothing to assist me. I took vehicle to get serviced and when car was inspected I notified shavir of the problems of the car and also how the car was issued with a roadworthy certificate because of the faults and they did nothing to assist. When I initially purchased the car, they gave it to me and then took it back because the VIN number was incorrect and I still had to continue to pay my car insurance, wesbank in this period (which was over a month), due to no fault of my own, and they offered no assistance in helping me. Since I bought the car I've learnt the car was in an accident and I was misinformed from the point of sale. Upon notifying Shavir of this, he again offered no assistance. I've had the worst experience with CFC I called their customer service line and was promised a call back as no one was available, as of yet no call or anything.
