Bad service from cell c staff

I went to cell c Menlyn shop to do sim swap answer I was first made to wait and I asked for the manager and he came and checked my number if is still active and said I must write down the numbers that I used to call, I did that i had to wait for 30 minutes I finally asked to be helped but the consultant with a lot of attitude she told me she can’t help me with my sim swap I used this number for more that 10 years and I still need this number
