Wex1 Apartment Managed by City Club Hotel

The state of the apartment is atrocious nothing like the pictures or detailed description advertised on Bookings.com

1. The couch and curtains had stains on it 2. The coffee table had cigarette burns all over it 3. The microwave has a hole in the front door - and I'm sure this is dangerous 4. The fridge was dirty and only has one shelf (2 missing) in to store anything, the door of the fridge only has one shelf (2 missing) to store bottles. Back of fridge was frosted 5. The freezer was dirty and covered with frost 6. There was only one dinner plate, had to buy paper plates 7. There was only one champagne flute 8. There is only 2 pillows on the bed, one for each person I suppose, but is flat and old. They needed to be folded in half to support ones neck 9. ⁠The bin in the cupboard was broken 10. ⁠The room was reeking of smoke upon entering

I really do think City Club Hotel can do better. With that being said I stayed at the Wex1 with La Stay who really gave me a good experience about 6 weeks ago. Messaged City Club Hotel on their WhatsApp service line with the above. Their response: “hi will inform supervisor”. No further response to this date.
