Ask for mutton received beef 3 times

I asked for 3 dishes, Mutton Brigani, Mutton bunny chew and mutton and rice. I saw that it was beef and when I asked the waiter she must tell what meat is in my dish, she said to me it is mutton. This is now the Meyersdal branch. I even asked the person next to me who ordered the same dish who agreed that the meat was not mutton but beef.
