Lack of Service

Needed Couches cleaned spoke to Kyle who confirmed a Saturday @ 13h00. His cleaning team never arrived. When I called him after numerous calls that were not answered he informed me that he forgot to schedule the appointment. He apologised, I gave them another chance for Monday @ 13h00. Monday no team arrived when I called him he informed me that they were running late and would be arriving . Another 45 minutes later, no team. I then cancelled the call out. What type of business runs like this with no communication to the customer. What a disappointment. Clearly a Mickey Mouse organisation
