Use The Cleaning Guys at your own peril.

I asked them (Kyle) to come clean my headboard.He said no problem they can do so when I booked my job.Firstly, they pitch when they want and not the time you schedule.They arrived to clean the headborad hours late.The stains on the headboard were not totally removed on their "clean".Secondly when I booked for them to come Scotch Guard it they never pitched(could not find any Scotch Guard).I phoned Chamberlains myself and they had stock in Randburg which is near me?Eventually Kyle pitched up the next day and came to Scotch Guard it.When he sprayed the headboard all the stains came out.He said this was oil and there was nothing he could do about it.All the detergents they have tried have "failed"So, Kyle as a "professional" cleaning service why then tell me you can remove stains in the first place?He said he would "clean" it again if I wanted.I have decided not to.
