I absolutely love the Highline restaurant but I am disappointed in the service I received, I made a booking at the Highline Restaurant on the 22/11. The restaurant was closed but a lady assisted me with taking down my details and said the booking would be made, on the 25/11, I called to confirm this booking only to be told that the Highline Restaurant was booked out for a private function and I could not be assisted. This was totally unacceptable and should have been communicated earlier.
