No response no help Bad practices The Creative Counsel

So unfortunately I am currently unemployed. I have app**** for UIF in May month 2024. I only recently received information that due to The Creative Counsel not updating my UI19 and salary schedule I'm not getting anything.

I have tried to contact them via linkedin, via Facebook and emailed them directly with the information they provide on their website. I am reading their reviews and it seems I'm not the only one that experienced this.
