The company is a SCAM

The company is an absolute scam! Please be weary of the reviews as they are most likely also fake. I placed an order from The Curtain Shop on the 17th of August and their promise is that delivery takes 3-5 business days. Today is the 5th business day and I noticed my order was still not traceable and had not been delivered. I contacted them and the individual who I spoke to notified me that the order is untraceable and they would call me back. Immediately after the call ended, they sent a different Waybill number and stated that the order was delivered and had been signed for by someone else who clearly isn’t me. This is not true, I live in a Estate with very high security measures in place. No one can enter without an access code so they wouldn’t have been able to enter the Estate. On top of that I live alone so there’s no way they could’ve made delivery without contacting me. After they didn’t call back I contacted Triton Express, the courier they claim to have utilized and the number is non-existent. I’ve been trying to contact the curtains shop and now they are completely ignoring my calls. This is a scam!
