Contacted them to assist with Debt review. Paid R9k for creditors only to be told they have paid themselves the money for their services. No disclosure was made with regards to payment amount and process.Now they are refusing to refund me

Incorrect debt review application
I have been going up and down between Trans union , NCR and Debt Eezy because I found out that i was placed for debt review since 2013 by Debt Eezy but I never did that application and to top it all I do not have debt in my name, never have I ever been deducted a garnish on my payslip seeing that I have been on debt review. Now they are saying I must pay my debts and send them paid up letters so they can removed me from their system. How do i pay debts that are not there and why must I send them paid up letters where they did not pay my debts???
