Active since Mar 2020
I received the router yesterday it's not working, requires authorisation. I spoke to 3 agents, 1st insisted it's active, the 2nd 1 told me to pay R1600 and it will be connected, I paid but still nothing, 3rd 1 told me to wait 30 minutes it will work, when I told him Ive been trying for more than 3 hours said he will escalate the issue. I need someone to urgently assist me. The password is correct but it requires me to complete other stuff that I don't understand
Since I have paid in September 23rd vuma has still not allocated my payment. My service has been suspended since 25th October. Numerous emails sent to them by webafrica but they have not responded.
I sent proof of payments last week Monday. Webafrica sent same to Vuma but vuma has not responded until today. My service has been suspended since Saturday last week and vuma is claiming that my service has been canceled but are not providing date of cancelation. My query no is: BSC79
Paid R400 x2 last month due to technical glitch, now my account is suspended. Spoke to webafrica they have advised that they are waiting for vuma. This is since Saturday morning until now
I made x2 payments last month due to technical problems. I requested the 2nd payment to be used for this month. To my surprise the account has been suspended again. They are still requesting the pop again and requesting me wiat 48 hours. This is unprofessional, waiting for more than a month for them to confirm payment.
I paid for wifi on Monday the 23rd to this day I am still disconnected. Webafrica is blaming vuma, vuma is blaming webafrica. Nobody is taking responsibility. Please sort this out urgently.

I made an online purchase yesterday morning, 20/09/2024 around 07h30 in the morning, I still have not received my order. I called the call center around 13h00 yesterday and was promised that an Uber has been arranged to deliver my goods but unitl now I have not received my order. 13h30 21/09/2924. Please help
I wrote a review last week with regards to my connection and I am still not sorted. I was advised that a ticket has been opened to fix the matter but still nothing. It's almost a week now since last week 19th June
Payment made on the 19th still not connected confirmation received from webafrica that my account has been suspended by vuma but they don't know why
