17 Oct 2023, 12:42Hi Sekai. when your blinds were installed, in June, we confirmed both via photos we take of all our jobs upon completion as well as through you paying the balance of your order that the blinds were perfectly installed.
You contacted us now, in October, to say that the bottom chain of your Vertical Blinds were broken. We immediately responded to your query. This breakage can ONLY happen if a customer (even inadvertently) steps on the chain or something gets in the way of the blinds during operation (pets, feet, obstructions placed in the way after measuring and installing etc.).
The photos you sent to our offices do show a new carpet you've placed in the way of the blind opening and closing. This may be what the blind is getting caught on, breaking the chain. Either way, this is not covered by a factory-defect warranty. We offered to come do the repair for free, charging only a call-out.
We have repeatedly explained this to you on the phone and via what's app that the only way for the bottom chain to break is by something coming into contact with the chain, disconnecting it from its clips, and showed a willingness to come ASAP to repair this for you. You rejected our offer to come through. Your blinds are NOT falling off and have been perfectly measured and installed.
Should there be a warranty related issue then we will always come through without charging a call-out as we excel in exceptional customer service, quality products, and competitive pricing!
Best regards,
