Bad service from the dental house

Was just at the practice with my son a consultation, And the service that we received and my son received was extremely bad for lack of a better expression. The Dr was rude, as if she has never dealt with kids before painting a very bad picture for about the health site of his teeth, even if what she said was true but when working with kids you need to be be kind and have empathy, kids are not like grown ups and kids are different. Not to say much I'm just not happy with her services and for her to say she will not do it again, if we are coming back we should find someone else to help us check if maybe Dr Annely is available as she will not assist us. I mean we paid money to be there for us to receive such a service, we did come to the dental house out of charity case. Did she not take an Auth that she will help people? Because if that is her idea of helping well all I saw was a young lady that was not professional and ****** in her service. All she did well was to scare my child by her comments and unprofessional behavior.
