scammed

i have ordered a pair of docs and i haven’t gotten any communication as to where they are or what is going on i tried emailing i tried whatsapping and dm in instagram

please can someone advise me on what i should do , i would like a refund 2500 is a lot of money to be scammed with... this isn’t right at all i want my money
