Taken my money and run
Terrible, must be a scam. Ordered and paid for shoes online, they delivered shoes that were the wrong size and colour. I tried to return them and they made me pay for the return delivery, they then took the shoes and ran, and wont respond to calls, emails, or instagram messages, and their website is now taken down.

i have ordered a pair of docs and i haven’t gotten any communication as to where they are or what is going on i tried emailing i tried whatsapping and dm in instagram please can someone advise me on what i should do , i would like a refund 2500 is a lot of money to be scammed with... this isn’t right at all i want my money

Fraudulent Company that sells counterfeit merchandise
Very Poor service from this company I placed an order on the 15/09/20 for two items only received an order number thereafter no correspondence from them... no shipping details nothing! Then on the 28/09/20 I receive the sneaker that I ordered and its the wrong size and not in original packaging and the package is damaged the shoe also feels counterfeit!!! I did not receive the other item that i purchased as well this is unacceptable and extremely poor service They do not respond to emails or phone calls! I suggest people refrain from purchasing from this company they are complete frauds!

SCAM ALERT !!!
SCAM ALERT !!! This business is selling Fake, Counterfeit goods. I purchased a pair of Doc Martens for my daughter and when they arrived, they were cheap fakes !! I was then told I could return them, but after returning them, the company keeps making excuses why no refund has occurred - now many weeks later. I am in the process of opening a case of fraud and theft with SAPS and Payfast and Mastercard. I am also reporting them to Dr Martens for Brand infringement.

Good but Not The Best
The shoe took quite long to come, When the shoe eventually arrived, the size was 0.5 bigger than what I ordered and the shoe was squished in a small box that they put it in. The shoe looked like before it was shipped, was good but then arrived with the tag inside the shoe broken.
