What a bad experience with Constantia Insurance. I have been with this insurance company for years through my broker. I have claimed and they have paid the claims, now the car has been written off they dont want to pay claiming that if they new that I was once cancelled by another insurance company they were not going to cover me. The information that they are claiming I did not mention, I did mention to them through my broker. However they are continuing debiting my bank account and for what am I covering I don't know and when I call to ask they say they will continue debit until this case is closed. I guess this is a delay tactics. Maybe it is because this car is fully paid I don't know.
Telkom has private company (Mondo Mobile) that are registering new clients (mobile contracts) for Telkom, unfortunately this company gives incorrect information to customers in trying to convince them to take up a contract. when there is problem Telkom is unable to solve it and as a results you will be moved from post to pillar. Since October 2017 Telkom is still failing to resolve the problem. I got know how far is this thing going to go on.
