SCAM ALERT !!!
SCAM ALERT !!! This business is selling Fake, Counterfeit goods. I purchased a pair of Doc Martens for my daughter and when they arrived, they were cheap fakes !! I was then told I could return them, but after returning them, the company keeps making excuses why no refund has occurred - now many weeks later. I am in the process of opening a case of fraud and theft with SAPS and Payfast and Mastercard. I am also reporting them to Dr Martens for Brand infringement.

FNB USES COVID TO HELP THEIR IMAGE WHILE EXPLOITING CUSTOMERS
FNB made a big deal about offering COVID relief to clients who have loans, but they make it impossible to even apply for the relief. You can only use the FNB app and it has been consistenly down for a month now. I have tried over 300 times to apply via the app & spent over 4 hours at FNB The Glen & even they could do nothing except to say that the APP is not working & they are having technical problems. Maybe this is convenient as the relief is to pay interest at prime for 3 months, instead of the 27% I am currently paying FNB. Soon I will run out of time & FNB will be rewarded for their (deliberate) incompetence. I should have known it was only a PR exercise & had nothing to do with really helping their clients.
