Do not buy…! Timebank these ****mers they using your name to **** people their hard earned money!
Don’t buy from these ****mers….! They don’t deliver once you do the immediate transaction they stop answering your calls emails kept bouncing.

Yip. ****mers. After reading everyone else's review my story is the same. Placed order, order was cancelled. Contacted them on the WhatsApp number. They said that they were out of stock and would restock the next day. Contacted them next day to ask if they had restocked... They said yes I can order. Placed my order, made immediate payment. I then received a tracking number that said my shipment was coming from China. I thought... Ok that's wierd... But hey maybe that's why they are bit cheaper because it still has to be imported. Decided to wait ... After some time I tried contacting them to find out how if they knew how much longer... No reply... Phone number is off. .. they don't respond to WhatsApp messages nor emails. The bank said that because it was an immediate payment there is nothing they can do to reverse the charge. Going to SAPS to open a case. Will keep you guys updated.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP I bought a 3kw solar kit from them. While I was enquiring they were answering all my questions and acting all helpful. Immediately when I made the payment they stopped responding to me. When I call or WhatsApp they just ignore. The kit was supposed to arrive within two days because on top of paying for the kit I paid for expedited shipping. It’s been over a week and nothing. Their number doesn’t work anymore and they don’t respond on the WhatsApp number anymore. Oh and e-mails sent to their email just bounce. They have already changed all their details in an attempt to **** the next victim. Dear read avoid this store at all costs their website is www.energyco.co.za

yesterday I placed a order for 3.0 KVA Generator on the website did the payment and a few hours later, I get a mail stating the order was cancelled. Now they don't respond to my emails and the number goes strait to voice mail.

Please please don’t ever buy from this place!!! I bought a Lithium Battery from the company THE ENERGY CO. They insist on an immediate payment. When the payment went through, I emailed them the proof of payment, and it came back as undelivered. I then tried to contact them on the telephone number provided on their website, but without any success. They even got a WhatsApp number that you can contact them, but the messages doesn't get delivered that number. The numbers the used is: +27 76 580 2872, +27 63 764 9380, +27 64 764 9775. I contacted their bank and I was informed that the money was transferred immediately to another account, so I opened a Internet ***** Case with the SAPS. Their web address is https://www.energyco.co.za/ THIS COMPANY IS A BIG ****!!!
