Please please don’t ever buy from this place!!! I bought a Lithium Battery from the company THE ENERGY CO. They insist on an immediate payment. When the payment went through, I emailed them the proof of payment, and it came back as undelivered. I then tried to contact them on the telephone number provided on their website, but without any success. They even got a WhatsApp number that you can contact them, but the messages doesn't get delivered that number. The numbers the used is: +27 76 580 2872, +27 63 764 9380, +27 64 764 9775. I contacted their bank and I was informed that the money was transferred immediately to another account, so I opened a Internet ***** Case with the SAPS. Their web address is https://www.energyco.co.za/ THIS COMPANY IS A BIG ****!!!
Momentum Insure After I contacted my broker for the number of Momentum Insurance, I phoned them and went through all the dial pad option, to register a claim for a chip on my motor vehicle windscreen, the line just went dead. Within a few minutes Momentum phoned me back, indicating that they saw that I try to contact them and how can they assist me. I indicated to the consultant (Dipuo Boshoga) that I have a chip on my vehicle’s windscreen and that I want to register a claim to obtain an authorization number, to have it repaired. She asked me all the necessary security questions, and which glass compony is the nearest to me. As work in Welkom, PG Gloss in Welkom was the nearest to my work. When I finished with the call, I saw on my phoned that I already received the SMS with the authorization number. Within a minute after I saw the SMS with the authorization number, PG Glass was phoning me Indicating that I have a claim about a chip on my vehicle’s windscreen, and how can they assist me, and in which area I am. As this is my first claim with Momentum, I must applaud them on the excellent service and especially the consultant that was handling my claim for their excellent services. As a client of Momentum I am really proud of the is the service that I received from them, and I would recommend them to everybody. Regards Francois Klaassen
It is a petty that the person (security/employee) at the front door, that is sanitizing the customers, thinks they own the company. I am currently disabled and can only walk with crutches, and I must use gloves, as my hands gets very sweaty and slippery on the crutches. On Saturday 26 June 2021, as I want to entry the shop, "the sanitizer lady" wants to sanitize my gloves. I told her that I cannot use sanitizer on the crutches because it makes the handles very slippery and if I fall, WHO IS GOING TO BE LIABLE FOR MY INJURIES, unless they have paper towels so that I can wipe my hands dry, and she said that they don't use it. She then told me that I can take of the gloves, so that she can sanitize my hands, then I can put the gloves back on again ... I ASKED HER WHAT IS THE USE OF TAKING MY GLOVES OFF, TO SANITIZE MY HANDS, AND THEN PUT THE GLOVES BACK ON AGAIN. She told me that it is company policy that everybody must sanitize. I then asked her to call a Manager to explain what my situation is (because at other shop they understand if it is explained to them). The lady then told me that she is not going to call a Manager ... if I am not going to sanitize, I must leave the shop immediately. Most of my clothes in my wardrobe I bought at WOOLWORTHS, and they can be assured that I will never bought there again. It is a shame that they treat disabled customers in this way. Regards
