The Eye Centre, Arun Place, Somerset West

Deplorable or almost non-existing service is the order of the day these days. However. There are still companies/businesses which are the rare exception. One of these is The Eye Centre at Arun Place, Somerset West, which I am doing business with during the past 5 years. The three ladies at reception, Cornelle, Porchia and Elke, are an example of excellent customer care service. These ladies are always not only very friendly, but also extremely helpful, and a real pleasure to deal with. I really wish that there were more of their calibre in businesses.
