NOT EQUIPPED FOR FUNCTIONS

We made the mistake of hosting our year end lunch here. Guests arrived at 12pm. Starters only came out at 13h30.Expecting mains to be served shortly thereafter, a waitress calls me aside to inform me the manager had gone our to buy meat and isn't answering his phone. How can you go buy meat on the day of the function after you've been paid in advance??Mains finally arrived at 14h45 and it wasn't what we requested or paid for.I anticipate this place will close within a few months .
