I am beyond frustrated with the appalling service I’ve received. Calling your customer service line is an exercise in futility—phones are almost never answered. On the rare occasion someone does pick up, I’m met with laughter and casual chatting in the background, with no apology or sense of urgency.
I’ve been promised multiple times that the “right person” would call me back. That call has yet to come.
There is zero follow-through, zero accountability, and absolutely no regard for the customer experience. The attitude is lackadaisical at best, dismissive at worst. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for your team, and that is unacceptable. Sort it out.
