Bought a water bottle as a Christmas present and by January it was already chipped and looking pretty banged up, even though it was taken care of. VERY disappointing at this price point. The paint should not chip so easily.

What a horrible experience trying to unsubscriped to their mailing serrvice, one just cannot, they blatantly ignore all request outright. Never let these guy get your email address. You will hav to change your email to get rid of them, they just won't. I tried many time with ZERo success. They change nothing.

Please advise on your turnaround time for responding to customer complaints. I purchased a Fieldbar water bottle including a suction straw on the 17th of November 2025, sadly it’s not even 6months and the paint is starting to peel. Order no:ZA55848 and in terms of the consumer act states clearly that if I’m questioning quality of the product it’s either they replace or refund. Please reply to my customer complaint I sent last week Thursday.

I have ordered a fieldbar on the 20th since yesterday the fieldbar was delivered at Aramex courier company for delivery & we kept on checking the status of the parcel today I received a phone at 15:30 to say that my package will be delivered on Monday, I then told the lady that I am living to Kimberley & on Monday going back to my place, I have also requested fieldbar to intervene but with no call since 16:30 the status changed to delivery up-until now..! Bad service received from Aramex courier company you can’t even calm them to check on your parcel , fieldbar have to even taken time to call me in my complain..! Can I please get my refund back FIELDBAR..!

I placed an order on 29 October 2025 and never received it. The tracking shows it was “delivered” on 31 October, yet I did not receive anything. What a pleasure dealing with Fieldbar. Kate went above and beyond to help me source and personalise a bottle for my daughter's birthday. The quality of their product is matched by the quality of the service - really exceptional.

Definitely rating these business a 10 out of 10.Recently purchased my first fieldbar gin trunk online and I have never been so impressed, the communication was on prompt, I received my product sooner than I expected and let’s talk about the packaging #on point 👌🏽

I am beyond frustrated with the appalling service I’ve received. Calling your customer service line is an exercise in futility—phones are almost never answered. On the rare occasion someone does pick up, I’m met with laughter and casual chatting in the background, with no apology or sense of urgency. I’ve been promised multiple times that the “right person” would call me back. That call has yet to come. There is zero follow-through, zero accountability, and absolutely no regard for the customer experience. The attitude is lackadaisical at best, dismissive at worst. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for your team, and that is unacceptable. Sort it out.
