Please advise on your turnaround time for responding to customer complaints. I purchased a Fieldbar water bottle including a suction straw on the 17th of November 2025, sadly it’s not even 6months and the paint is starting to peel. Order no:ZA55848 and in terms of the consumer act states clearly that if I’m questioning quality of the product it’s either they replace or refund. Please reply to my customer complaint I sent last week Thursday.
I am loosing my patience with Woolworths SA on how they handle customer complaints. Logged a complaint of bad customer service and the food never met Woolworths standards. Received the first reference no: WW-228486-D3Q9J4 which till date hasn’t been resolved. Received an email saying that they will send a voucher within 3 days, sadly they sent the voucher to the wrong number. Wrote another complaint with ref:WW-268736-w1R7S8 stating that my cellphone number was incorrect and the correct number is 0813692493 till date I have heard from them. Disappointed in the way they handled this matter….. it has been 6 weeks now and still this matter hasn’t been resolved. Please assist!!!
Bad customer service and food quality didn’t meet their standards
I would like to complain about this company, they offer rentals around Durban Bluff to be precise. The problem is ever since I moved to this flat the issues I have raised with them have never been resolved. Rent increase is due from the month of November and I have disputed the matter. Instead of listening to my complaints I was threatened that I need to leave the premises. Have tried getting in touch with the KZN Rental and housing tribunal but the information seem not to be working. Please advise on how do I go about resolving this issue, and when I exercise my rights threats are been thrown at me to leave the premises. How do I lodge a complaint to the tribunal?
I had a bad experience with MTN customer service, where I went to cancel my data contract on the 7th of February 2025. Upon taking up this contract there was an amount of R560 which was paid upfront mind you this was a month to month contract. To my surprise they attempted debiting on my bank account and when I inquired about this they said that the cancellation was scheduled for March 2025 and I am now in arrears because the consultant assisting me didn’t mention all this. I don’t know why the cancellation was scheduled for March, I inquired when is the cut off date before the load a debit order to my bank they told me it’s the 15th of each month. Cancellation was requested on the 7th of February but it was loaded for March. Please help me understand why all this was not mentioned?? I wonder why I ignored all the bad reviews experienced by MTN customer when it comes to the cancellation of contract?? Please assist me with the above mentioned issue.
This is with regards to order:MAK8278421 where I purchased 2 set of fans and a 2litre Oros. What I have noticed is that the delivery and communication was efficient as much as my previous orders. I was told that the Oros I ordered was out of stock and I will be refunded within 10working days , till date I haven’t received my refund and no communication what’s so ever. The said part is that I was missing an item on my order I even notified the delivery company they used which is courier guy, and was told that it is on its way. Till date nothing, no communication. Order was made on the 25th and delivered on the 29th of November. I haven’t received my refund for the Oros and the missing item on my order hasn’t been delivered nor communicated as to when will I be receiving it. I’m frustrated at this point!!!
Bought couches online, upon delivery it was found that the couches are too big and won’t fit inside a standard door frame. Since I bought them online I logged in a return on Friday the 4th of October to date it hasn’t been processed.
I have made several requests to On-Air Tv , they need to stop subscribing us to Rescue box. I have forwarded numerous emails to their support centre begging them to please unsubscribe me because I didn’t signed up for Rescue box. To my surprise they debited on my account. I am very angry at this point because every month I need to reverse that subscription. Please assist on how do I go about cancelling this
I'd like to thank you Hellopeter for helping me resolve my issue regarding my incorrect billing on my Dstv subscription. After sending numerous emails and making numerous calls my issue was finally resolved. #win
I'm pleading with your rewards team to attend to this incorrect billing after winning a free upgrade for a month but later I was charged for it. I have sent numerous email and made numerous calls but still this matter has not been resolved since I logged a call on the 27th of July. I feel like it's a robbery instead of a winning.
