My parcel was marked as delivered on 31 October 2025, but I never received it. When I called Aramex, I was told the delivery truck was hijacked — yet no one contacted me to inform me or explain the next steps. It’s extremely disappointing that I had to chase updates myself, and there’s still no resolution. I expect either a refund or the same product to be delivered.
I placed an order on 29 October 2025 and never received it. The tracking shows it was “delivered” on 31 October, yet I did not receive anything. I sent Fieldbar an email which was ignored, and only after calling did someone say they’d get back to me — but no one has followed up since. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I would like either a refund or for my order to be replaced immediately.
I placed my order on 15 October 2025, and since then, I have not received any communication whatsoever. No confirmation updates, no tracking information — absolutely nothing. There isn’t even an option on the website to track your order or check its status. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand like Polo. It’s disappointing and frustrating to be left completely in the dark after making a purchase. I will think twice before ever ordering from Polo again.
Had the greatest experience with Elevenpast, there was a slight problem with my order when I received it. Purchased a Polarbox and it came with a bit of scratches, I contacted support and they rep**** very quickly, after sending pictures, a new Polarbox was shipped to me to replace the slightly damaged one. Their service is great and have kind staff.
My number was hacked and the person who hacked my number gained access to my WhatsApp and cellphone banking since it’s registered to the same number and transferred a few funds. So I called the customer service and got assisted, which is great. BUT then I asked how a person managed to perform a sim swap on my number without my information, and the consultant said they performed the Sim Swap through Tobi, their Bot. If that’s what Tobi does then Tobi should be cancelled.
On the 22nd if not 23rd February 2024, I contacted Dis-Chem health to inquire and hopefully join the health insurance. Fine, I spoke to the agent on the phone and I told her I’d like to join the health policy BUT I have a condition called endometriosis and it’s a chronic so I take Visanne and Yaz Plus for the condition and she said the insurance covers it. Only to realise that the health insurance does not cover endometriosis nor the treatment after I had clearly stated that the ONLY and most important reason why I’m joining the insurance was for that. I further sent called and I was told to send an email to escalations@primecure.co.za on the 7th May 2024 requesting all audio recordings made between me and the agent, til date I have not received any response to that email. I then visited Dis-chem and they called the inquiry line and I spoke to another agent who also assisted me in sending the same email to escalations on the 8th March and still no response. All I need is the recordings so I can take further measures
So I was ****med whilst online shopping, and contacted my bank on the 12th of March 2024, my card was cancelled and given a reference number and I was told they would contact me with the outcome after investigation, til date I’ve not received any update, when I visit the branch I’m told they don’t know anything about that department I should call the same 087 number but still NOTHING
Just got ****med by Ted Baker Online. So I made a purchase on the 3rd of March 2024, after that I received some doggy email saying the payment was successful. When checking on the app it still says pending til now (11 March). I received a pop up email from Post Office (www.postoffice.com) stating I didn’t enter my address so I need to enter my address and get re-billed again, BUT njani because my address is on the Ted Baker Website, this was the 10th. Today (11 March) I receive an email with a tracking number, when I tried to track the order BOOM no order of that number exists!!!

I feel like DSV just likes taking advantage of their clients. DSV has my parcel and was supposed to have delivered it on Friday the 11th November 2022, I knew unforseen problems may arise from nowhere so I gave them my phone number and an alternative number so they could reach me on and guess what they only called one which was off due to loadshedding. Okay fine, I thought I would receive a sms from them to reschedule the delivery and I never received anything until I had to call them myself on Monday morning and they later called me back around noon to reschedule for Monday the 21st and I honestly don't understand why because I provided them both my numbers and they decided to just use one and I know on Monday they'll come up with stories saying something happened to my parcel because this always happens with the DSV courier service
