I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing online from them. I ordered their perfume and a bag. The excitement to finally own a Ted Baker order. My delivery was fast, but to my disappoinment only a small box was delivered. I tried contacting their customer service - auto response - we are out on training. This was the response for several days. At the same time I contacted RAM couriers who were very helpful. I received an email response from Tasneem that they matter has been sent to the Warehouse. I waited a few days, no response, despite promises of being kept up to date. I tried contacting them via Instagram. All of a suddent the phone lines were opened up and I could reach Tasneem. But to my shock I heard we still have to wait for the warehouse to come back to us. Imagine, they had to go check the cameras, and verified that the item was never packed. I then received promises that the item has now been couriered and that I will get tracking updates. After a few days, no feedback. Follow up again, same response, it has been sent but awaiting tracking details from the warehouse. Finally receive the tracking details just to find that the item is still at their warehouse and connot be collected by RAM couriers due to billing issues. And despite following up, not a single response.

I had a terrible experience with Ted baker online. I ordered a Crikon large gloss bag worth R1899. They delivered me a small little bag in Joburg,which was supposed to be delivered to someone in Durban. I returned the incorrect order, until now, I have no bag, I paid but no bag. I don’t recommend Ted baker online. Their customer service is also slow. Don’t buy from their online. My order number SOVZAZATBSY94388. They delivered SOVZAZATBSY94347

I recently bought a bag from Ted baker online store in Cape Town I have not received the bag it was supposed to be delivered last week Friday when I call to ask them since the bag is stuck with the couriers they using they keep on saying they will follow up and give me feedback they don’t call back they are just the same as RAM couriers i regret buying online when we have so many Ted baker stores in Jhb. The amount of money I have spent calling them is even now more than what I paid for the bag their service is so poor I don’t understand why a store is still operating when people don’t want to work because clearly they don’t want to work they are just a bunch of lazy women I’m so disappointed

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ted Baker regarding a pair of white sneakers I purchased in October last year. Despite wearing them only three times (in February and May), the shoe lace tore on the third occasion while I was simply tying it - no excessive force was app****. I visited a Ted Baker store to complain, bringing the shoe box and paper bag as proof of purchase. However, the staff were unhelpful and refused to assist me because I didn't have a receipt slip. Furthermore, they claimed that Ted Baker doesn't manufacture shoe laces. This lack of effort to help a customer is unacceptable. A simple solution like using a lace from another shoe could have resolved the issue, but they showed no interest in assisting me.

They reserve shoes for themselves and refuse to sell to customers. Meagen the manager is rude and unreasonable. They say they have a verbal policy to reserve goods which goes against customer protection and law of offer and acceptance.
