Incorrect delivery delivered to me
I had a terrible experience with Ted baker online. I ordered a Crikon large gloss bag worth R1899. They delivered me a small little bag in Joburg,which was supposed to be delivered to someone in Durban. I returned the incorrect order, until now, I have no bag, I paid but no bag. I don’t recommend Ted baker online. Their customer service is also slow. Don’t buy from their online. My order number SOVZAZATBSY94388. They delivered SOVZAZATBSY943470 replies

Na****a was exceptional in assisting me. The previous lady, Refilwe was terrible, I could barely hear what she was saying and she just wasted my airtime because she wasn’t willing to help at all. Hifi corp refuses to amend my delivery details or cancel my order
Rilwele Ndlovu Order no: *** I placed an order last night. The address captured incorrectly and I didn’t see this. I have called various times to notify them to change my delivery address or at least cancel the order. They can’t assist me. So my order is going to be delivered to some stranger. MRP online slow turnaround time on online orders
I love Mr price and Mr price online, it just makes shopping more convenient. Their turnaround time on orders however is extremely slow. You can place an order today and only receive it two weeks later with little to no feedback. ***0 replies
