I have ordered a fieldbar on the 20th since yesterday the fieldbar was delivered at Aramex courier company for delivery & we kept on checking the status of the parcel today I received a phone at 15:30 to say that my package will be delivered on Monday, I then told the lady that I am living to Kimberley & on Monday going back to my place, I have also requested fieldbar to intervene but with no call since 16:30 the status changed to delivery up-until now..! Bad service received from Aramex courier company you can’t even calm them to check on your parcel , fieldbar have to even taken time to call me in my complain..! Can I please get my refund back FIELDBAR..!
I have been experiencing a problem with my runaway since last week I have been calling to do my item returns and firstly I called & was told that on Wednesday the item will be collected which they never did on Thursday I called and was told that the person I spoke to did not do their job and that their going to reguest again and they will come on Friday which they never did yesterday I called again and spoke again to chalene who had promised that the item will be taking yesterday at 4:30 again nothing today I called to speake to a manager because I wanted my money back and should have left from pta to Kimberley for a funeral and I was told it’s not possible when I asked to speak to a manager I am told the manger is not available when I asked until his done the lady dropped off my call.. bad service for returning your items back at runaway 😡😡😡
I paid for my service to be unlocked on the 21th and they dstv said they needed my proof of payment I have send through the email on Friday and was told that they can’t receive my proof of payment to date my dstv has not been working, Pretty could trace my proof of payment but said she needed to escalate the problem to Netflix as I have been dealing with Sonwabo on cancelling Netflix in my account. I have been on price lock for two years and have never had to pay extra them paying 899 and be able to use my Netflix since January dstv is saying Netflix is extra but however I was sold the package as one & have never paid more than that.
<p>I did a soft lock on my work phone for 250 on ********** and after it said it was soft locked I automatically thought the phone cannot make call, sms & use data only to find out my child was playing with the phone & did buy data How is that possible Vodacom when I know I have reached my limit : Since when does contract phone allow you to buy data when soflocked without calling you guys,now I have to pay 5000 from my salary: How do I suppose to leave with my whole salary been taken ...I have called the call centre & they did not even have my right details on the system </p>
