Product quality does not match price
Bought a water bottle as a Christmas present and by January it was already chipped and looking pretty banged up, even though it was taken care of. VERY disappointing at this price point. The paint should not chip so easily.

WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD
Discovery does not deserve one star. I cancelled my medical aid beginning of September, they told me my last payment for the medical aid would be on 30 September. On 1 October they took another installment of R2,600. This is daylight *******. Discovery cannot be trusted. I'm furious and it's impossible to get through to anyone who can help you.

Disappointing design: GHD Platinum + snags and damages hair
I recently upgraded to a new GHD straightener after using a great one for 10 years. I bought the GHD Platinum + and every single time I use it my hair gets stuck in the body handle plates. I then have to pull my hair out of my scalp or cut it in order to get it out. This happened so frequently that I actually thought I bought a dud and GHD replaced my straightener but the same thing keeps on happening. Really unacceptable for a product with this name and at this price point. Did they not test these straighteners on humans before making them available to the public???

Online order nightmare
Mr Price took my money. I made an online order a month ago and I still haven't received it. The order status changed to 'shipped' on 2 September and it's not 17 September and nothing has developed. I went to speak to someone at the store that should be receiving my ghost parcel and all she could tell me was to carry on coming in to check. Seriously? They couldn't put me in touch with anyone or give me any insight as to why my package hasn't arrived yet, but they definitely took my money.

Horrible experience from start to finish
If I could give zero stars I would. I paid almost R3000 per month and I wasn't covered for any blood tests, medication or an emergency hospital visit. What's the point of having a medical aid? I feel like Discovery has ****** me. Worst medical aid out there. Bunch of ******.

Unknown debit orders coming off my account
I received a random debit order for R1000 called 'Magtape', no idea what it is but FNB is quick to take the money without explanation.

I'm quite disappointed with my experience at Sorbet Kolonnade. The gel on my nails looks way too thick and totally uneven. I've been going to Sorbet for a while with no serious complaints, so this is really surprising to me. Looks like a botched job for an expensive price.
