I visted the ENGEN ILALA RIDGE FILLING STATION on Saturday 26 November 2022 at approx 7 am . I regularily fill petrol at this garage as I live nearby . On this occassion i went to fill tyre pressure on only tyre that was running low . The attendant promptly responded that the pressure machines were not working . I left to fill the pressure elsewhere . I returned to QWIKSPAR ( located in the service station complex ) half hour later and found that the pressure machine was being used . I enquired from the attendant whether the machines malfunctioned earler and he confirmed that the machines were all in working order . Clearly the attendant was too LAZY to do what he's paid to do, which is an INDICTMENT on the management of this ESTABLISHMENT . Clearly more competent oversight is needed at this GARAGE . You can do far better than this . PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE .

On Friday 29 April 2022, at approximately 12:30, I filled my car at BP filling station in Moletsane, Soweto. I observed that fuel was leaking from the petrol tank. This put our lives at risk, both the customers and staff, furthermore, the community at large is at risk. Something needs to be done urgently.

We went to Puma filling Station in Alrode to fill petrol. My husband wanted to use the toilet n they refused saying they locked it because they a scared of the Corona. He is a customer there, so they want to tell me His money doesn't have Corona? It's so disgusting as u can't control your system if nature is calling u must respond. That's nonsense I will never ever use that garage in my entire life

<p>The teller Mamokete. she has no customer service at all! she judge on appearance. she told customer that you are not my class when customer complained. she was arrigant tha evev if you report me i am second incharge. she was insulting and demeaning.</p>

<p>total garage xavier street winchester hills is a night mare i went there 2 times refulling and the cashier said she forgot to swipe my voyeger the 1st time 2nd time mannager said she was never taught how to do it what is that i wonder and i think they should also forget to teach them how to take money for half service</p>

Hi, My name is Mmuso. I write this email as a very very unhappy and a regular client of Total garage in Palm Springs Stretford Palm Springs Mall. I had been physically abused, harassed and called names by the manager by the name William and his colleague Her name is Khohlwa. Worse i had to pay twice for one service. What had conspired was i poured petrol for R700.30 and used my fleet garage card which is a company card on the 18th of 04 2016 early morning , however it declined and we found out that it has been blocked and the company will sort it out and i had to pay cash and i used my fnv debit card. Which on the garage machine said it decline and i received an SMS that showed it when through. Then William said to me sometimes it happens and the client will later receive a reverse transaction, so we decided to wait over 2 hours which a had to go to work and i was already late for work. From 6h45 morning till 9h10 i left the garage for work without the massage of reverse transaction. Though he said i should get the bank statement from my bank. I went to the fnb bank in South gate for the statement of which the lady consultant that assist me said it shows the the transaction went out of my account and it can not show on the bank statement untill a period of three days or so. These was inthe afternoon i then went back to the garage as i walked in i found the lady called Khohlwa and told her i am from the bank and he bank statement was not given to me she insisted that i go get one, so i left the garage. The day went. On Tuesdays afternoon i was from work and the garage is just not far from my place and that is were i mostly pass, just in few minutes after i park my car i see a private vehicle on my gate parking in reverse i went and approached the gate i see the lady Khohlwa as she immediately saw me she lashed at me insults and called me a criminal and i asked her why she calls me like that as she was with some gentleman and the onther lady which i don't know them i was told to follow them to the garage which i did. I we got the she rushed into the office and called the William the manager of which as soon as he came out did the same thing and lashed at me and called me a criminal and i was just a small boy from the street that he will deal with as he has delt with many. My response was in greetings since he never greeted me and immediately said i want to hear nothing from you i am gound to make sure i embarrass you and disgrace you calles the security guy at the do to close the door screaming at me in the shop in front of his colleagues and customers. The gentleman that came with Khohlwa listens to him speak and then he ask me to speak as i speak and show him the massage in my phone William quickly grabs the phone from our hand and reads it then guves it to me as it rang my Wife calling me, as i speak to her trying to relate the story to ger again as i had explained to her before show ciuld not hear what i was saying as the was noice and i told her that someone here is acting foolish that when my phone went dead as the battery was flat. Then he came to me screaming and pushing me and dragging me to his office and said his going to show me who is the man since the many that we are fighting for is not mine and not his and he threatened me by saying he knows my whereabouts and know where I stay. And i told him i will deal with him in a correct manner as that will be the only way to this situation by reporting him. In that moment the releasing manage came in of which i forgot his name and he handle the situation so professional and that the people we need to services the people. As he listed to his colleague addressing me in a disrespectful way he immediately stopped him.and requested him to be respectful and he did not listen to his colleague and continued to be rude. After he has explained himself to his colleague William never and the to wait long as his shift was finished and just left i am glad you have CCTV and the are working fine as i saw them when i was keptured there and i have full knowledge of the as a security adviser for ADT security. The police eventually came and listened to me and the other manager on a new shift duty and he came with a conclusion of me paying again of which i did pay for the second time as i told him that i will not pay with he cards any more and had no cash on me then i was guven a phone to call me my again ti bring cash ti pay as we did pay. As i write this email no one has called me to tell me what has happen as i have given them the proof from the bank that the transaction has been made from the garage. Which i had called the bank on Tuesday after i have made the payment and to the manager on a new shift was told by the consultant that the transaction has been made. In conclusion the garage had treated me so unfairly badly where it anded up by beeng assulted by one of there own s3e CCTV inside the shop, of which i really want to know if the is how all total garage treats clients of which i will never be in any of the total garages anymore. I was a regular client there since the garage was close to me and convinced to me. Further more This is a shocking experience with total as for Three(3) weeks I have laid a complaint and still no money back in my account and I am running up and down calling wanting to know how far is the process of getting my money back, let alone anyone from Your head office contact me on the harassment and assult ask how am I doing. Aaah! I am sure you have already went through your CCTV. Anyway thanks for your bad service at total and I will never be a customer at any of your station since if I want to fill at the moment I travel 20kilos to the next garage and already I have my family and friends who are not using your station. Total garage Palm Springs hates it's clients. It does not end there:I don't want a reference again already have a reference from the first query 00225496 follow up on this one done send me receipt of these I want you guys to deal with the matter as the way u managed to sent your employees to my house to start harassing me from the and take me to the garage station to finish the job by assultting me. I guess it should be easy to for me to get my money delivered to my house as you managed to come my house and call me a criminal all the way to the station and take my money again there in less than 24 hours of the transactions all these bad things were done to me and now that I want my money three weeks I have been waiting till now. Hao! Is this how you have conduct your business all these years. I not happy just you have physically, emotional, mentally and financially abused me, and now this is affecting my family.
