We went to Puma filling Station in Alrode to fill petrol. My husband wanted to use the toilet n they refused saying they locked it because they a scared of the Corona. He is a customer there, so they want to tell me His money doesn't have Corona? It's so disgusting as u can't control your system if nature is calling u must respond. That's nonsense I will never ever use that garage in my entire life

Shuuuuu! I have a loan with capitec, after presint announced the lockdown, I received an sms offering me 3months payment break. I opted and they responded that they a processing my new agreement. All of a sudden I'm receiving the sms with the arrears and bad credit record. I made a follow up calling their help desk but to no avail, I called their cape Town number which is at the back of my card and some useless consultant told me they don't have that payment break until ask to speak to someone who can assist me, I spoke to the guy who gave me an 0860 number to lodge a complain I did just that but no one cared to come back to me. I made follow ups, went to the branch still no help. Then I send an email to their customer care and de lady by the name of Nadine responded can't even remember after how long that she is investigating my quiry till today nothing. I am back to work I called again to check no help. Until today my account was debited twice I called the call center the lady couldn't help telling me the claims knocked off. I want to know on who's agreement my account was debited twice. And they must reverse my money. I'm not working for capitec and is not my fault that they did process my request during the lock down. And the President said de banks must offer those who are affected the break from de payment. So someone from capitec needs to sort out this mess I don't care how but at the moment I'm fed up with them and I don't mind changing banks and I will make payment by hand as their service is uncertisfactory. Pls send this to whoever is responsible to see how incompetent is their staff. They hired unqualified call center assistant. We understand that it's lockdown and short staff but it is not reason enough on why they are so unhelpful. Especially with me calling them so many times Thank u Dimakatso Maswangane
My car had a problem with water leakage, then my husband called Vaal Motors and spoke to the lady by the name Lolita who gave him the price of R950, 00 for diagnostic and if u want them to fix the car that amount will fall over on ur invoice for the amount charged for fixing. Fair enough. The car was starting only water was coming out, we took the car in on the 24/09 then it was diagnosed but the amount changed from R950. 00 to 1 thousand couple Rands, no problem He waited for the quotation which they send with what is needed to be fixed and the total amount wa R13 068. He gave them the go ahead to fix the car and on the 28/09 he paid them 80% of their money which is R10 000. As in today the 3/10 when he is checking on the progress the lady by the name of Bianca is telling him another stories of engine and what not which requires an extra amount of R8000. 00. That is nonsense cause wen ur diagnosing the car u give the customer everything n the car engine was fine only the leakage was the problem. And if my husband hasn't called they would have stayed with my car for God knows how long. They told my person they are waiting for spares, now she will check wen the technician will be available thats nonsense coming from a big company as theirs. And if that is how u a robbing ur customers then I don't know. Uncertisfied customer
