Most pathetic dealership in SA. Bought a new double cab vehicle from this dealership just to find that the acessories fitted was done substandard. The bakkie started acting up within the first 700kms, the first response I got from them was it's not my problem. Its been almost two months now and I don't have my vehicle as it was suppossed to be replaced after intervention from the CEO of the manufaturing company! The replacement was yet again messed up by New Vaal's unprofessional fittment team. This company have no comitment to what they are selling or customer care, they don't even know the specs on what they are selling.

Pathetic Service by Goldwagen and New Vaal Motors Bethlehem On the 09/11/2023 I went Goldwagen to buy a part and I was assisted by David, he took my Vin number and a picture of a part that that I wanted and he told me that they don't have a part, he told me that he will call one of his friend from New Vaal Motor Bethlehem (Ernest) and ask him if to check if they have this part, of which David confirmed with me that New Vaal Motor do have a part and I need to make a payment of R3226. 40, the part was delivered only on the 22/11/2023 only to find out that they sent incorrect part then it must be return and correct part must be order and I David advice me that there is difference that I need to pay of R1230. 00 and I paid that amount on the 22/11/2023. I haven't received a part till today and when I ask for my refund New Vaal Motors are refusing with my refund.

I took my car to Mercedes Benz: New Vaal Motors yesterday for service, and they started recommending replacements that were not necessary just so that they could milk my insurer. As if that was not enough, a Ruan Erasmus went behind my back soliciting my insurer to amend the authorisation so that he could claim more and told my insurer, without my permission, that I would pay the balance. Kudos to my insurer for copying me in their response, stating that they would not change the initial authorisation and cheekily reminding Ruan that I am insured so that I would not have to pay for service. Earlier on, my husband had told the dealer that in no terms would we be paying for extras, as they were unnecessary. Today (day 2), I fetched my car from "service". Interestingly, the extra fittings could not be made as they have run out of stock, so I need to return the car sometime. While complaining about their shenanigans and after introducing myself to Ruan as the lady who had sent him an email earlier, he shrugged me off and continued with his business - what a joke! This is pathetic for a Mercedes Benz dealership!

Poor - no very poor customer service. I bought a Mercedes Benz and the dealer arranged for us with New Vaal with Ruan Erasmus for the new key. This key was paid for on 11June 2021. After making an appointment with Ruan I went to New Vaal on 28 June after confirming through Primo Executive and with Ruan that our key is there, it would take an hour to program it. On arrival they informed that they cannot accept my original ID and Ownership document of the car and I have to go and make a affidavit and have it stamped. I told the service personel that they could have told me I should bring a copy as the whole of New Vaal does not have a commissioner of oath on site. Unbelievable...there is more. We came back to the Vaal after a holiday and booked a service for this vehicle and for the programming of the said key. This morning they accepted the documemts and told me the car will be finished by 17h00 this afternoon. This afternoon, 27 July 2021, after I was phoned to collect the car; they informed that I will have to wait another 21 days for a blank key to come from Germany. Did New Vaal sold our blank key to someone else? They now say they never had our blank key. Selling some of the more expensive and luxurious vehicles and giving the worst service...that is my experience with New Vaal.
