Most pathetic dealership in SA. Bought a new double cab vehicle from this dealership just to find that the acessories fitted was done substandard. The bakkie started acting up within the first 700kms, the first response I got from them was it's not my problem. Its been almost two months now and I don't have my vehicle as it was suppossed to be replaced after intervention from the CEO of the manufaturing company! The replacement was yet again messed up by New Vaal's unprofessional fittment team. This company have no comitment to what they are selling or customer care, they don't even know the specs on what they are selling.

Phoned the local Vodacom Dealership in Vanderbijpark regarding their Vodapay speed point device. Adviced them what we required the machine to do. Were informed to visit the shop. At the dealership we were informed that the device is capable of allowing customers to do bill payments with their cards after they phoned head office to confirm. The speed points was bought, but to my dismay the customers weren't able to pay bills via card. The Vodapay call centre consultant said that she were unable to speak to her supervisor but will investigate and follow up. On the seventh day after acquiring the device I went back to the Voda shop but was informed that they are not able to refund the machine. Then Approached Vodacom Head office, the receptionist was helpful and said that she will sent a request through to the relevant manager to follow up. The very next day a courier company uplifted the speed point, then nothing happened for days. Eventually I got hold of the case manager whom didn't know about the incident, the matter was then handed over to a regional representative. It was then found that the device reached their offices but nothing was done. In the mean time 2 weeks was gone. Then all of a sudden I received a mail that the refund was approved but it will take 14 Working days!!!!!!!!! This is totally unacceptable, first of all the device was sold under false pretentions and my money immediately showed in their account. Now I must wait for 14 working days after 3 weeks have passed since the original purchase date. This leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and leaves the question, "Can Vodacom be trusted? "
Ordered seeds from the company, had to do immediate payment on the spot to release stock. It turned out that due to a sys error they overcharge me. Now that I am requesting a refund I get told that the person dealing with refunds is on sick leave, then get told again that they only do refunds once a week. How sick!!!!!! I had to do instant payment now they are sitting on my money. Disgraceful!
Don't even answer phone calls from this Company. A so called consultant gave me a call back after I've seen their promo on the Internet. The guy had this great sales pitch of no upfront costs no installation fees, just fixed month to month payments. All of a sudden I started getting all these emails from GoSolr regarding payments that must be made, agreements and such. The worst of all they Indicated that my registered Address is in Claremont Cape Town, but I am living in Gauteng? I immediately realised that this is a **** and didn't complete any documents and never sent anything back to them. Now I'm getting the constant Statements showing that I am in arrears with my payments! Payments for what, they've never been at my house, neither did they install anything!!!!
Our power supply cable was chopped by ******* in the early morning hours of Thursday December the 7th. Immediately reported the theft via Alfred chatbot but to no avail. Every time we query the reply is just that technicians are too busy with other faults in our area. It's totally unacceptable, we are all paying for a service we don't get.
This morning the Vanderbijlpark team had to start with additional solar system installation. Being here for the second time around they should have known exactly how we operate. First of all they were late, drove into the property, damage the flower bed. Immediately the staff started smoking in a non smoking zone which is clearly indicated by signage. It then turned out that the crew didn't bring the right tilt up brackets. The Foreman left to fetch the right brackets. In the mean time the installation team started inside, drilling holes into a wooden wall with a concrete hammer drill, then proceeded to knocking the battery bracket with a 4 pound hammer to level it up. When telling them to stop using the wrong drill, and a proper spirit level I was just told, Conrad said we must do it this way. We immediately phoned the local branch manager to complain, and he said the foreman is back on his way. At the same time I found one of the Alumo staff coming from my house? They were informed of which rest rooms to use. The next thing we noticed that they roof team damaged the zink roof with unnecessary holes. At this point we just had enough, phoned Alumo head office and asked to speak to the CEO Mr Henkemans and was informed by a very rude receptionist that he can't take the call as he is not dealing with the public. She then said that she will see if someone can call us back. When asking for her name she refused to give it and rudely thrown the phone down in my ear. When phoning back our calls wasn't answered an nobody phoned back.
Been paying my Identy account in store for ever. This October I did the same thing, went in store, the cashier scanned my card and gave me the amount due. What I normally do I will up the amount to the next hundred. Now all of a sudden I got an sms stating that I've missed my October payment and that they have cancelled my all my policies on the account. Phoned Truworths/Identy head office just to be told by the consultant that I've underpaid by R94.00 and yes they can do nothing to fix it. My question now is: If a company employee *********** staff how could a consumer be blacklisted if the account payment has never been skipped, and in fact paid more than is necessary? Identity is seemingly just doing their thing not minding if consumers are the backbone of their existence, Truworths should be ashamed of this is their attitude.
Wanted to place an order a week ago and was told stock needs to be packed and that we should place order for this week, pay before Monday at twelve and delivery will take place on Wednesday. Well no delivery transpired, tried numerous times during the day to enquire but to no avail, line gets cut, the one time I got through the sales rep, Sipho, apparently couldn't hear. Then phone back again just to get told that Sipho is not at his desk, the lady then offered to find out from warehouse management why the delivery wasn't made, and that she will get back to me. At 16:45 I phoned again just to be greeted by an answering service telling that they closed at 16:30. Full payment was made for goods and delivery, just totally unacceptable!!!!!!
