Booked and paid for 2 bustickets on Bigsky. Upon rrival after driving 2 houers i was informed my departe ticket was cancelled!!! I did not cancel my ticket, nor was i informed by bigsky that there was a cancelation, or is there written proof i have done so. I had to buy a new ticket resulting in me to have a shortfall on travelling fees!!!! It was humiliating.
Orderd loaded fries as it was still advertised on the billboards outside. Received a large fries. On complaining they said its discintinued. The lady who took my order then had to refund me out of her pocket. Her name tag says Bontle. ( She was the best operater with the most friendly voice. So friendly and clear voice) I felt terrible taking her money!!! No one touched the order, ut ciuld have been placed back. Ive supported mcDonalds for years. No more. Its pathetic. The manager has no heart at all. All the other operators at the drive through mumbles!! This ons is a huge advantage for you now shes treated like this. Sies!!??

Terrible!!!!!! Worked on oil leak. R45 000 later, leak is back. New Vaal says they only quarentee the parts not their labour? How in the world. New Vaal kimberley, this is not service. Mistake after mistake costing us money.

Just bought the family meal with extra chips for R240. 4 people suppose to eat from that meal. Only the 4 fish pieces was decent, the rest a rip off. Little amount of calamri pieces and small portion of rice. NEVER again. I will rather go buy burgers from Burger king for less.
Been with budget insurance for years, never claim. Now that i have a small claim, it takes budget a month without any update? I have called to follow up on claim and everytime they say they are bussy with it. This is pathetic service. Also was not impressed by person handling my claim as he had some of the info totally wrong and every time I correct him he just uses the incorrect info. AND please, give us the option to speak to consultants who can adress us in our own language!! This is why theres misunderstandings... Wonder how long i must still wait on you budget???

At the 1st of January 2016 Absa was supposed to deduct R460 from my account via debt order for insurance, but they deducted R1974 instead! I made calls, i emailed, i talked to the broker who advised me to cancel the insurance untill problem is resolved since absa does not return her enquiries either. Went to Absa so many times but they cant help me. I spend so much money on phone calls that was not anwered!! Still no refund even after broker promised me , they will refund me the faulty amount. NO ABSA NO!! I work hard for my my money, THIS is not how ones bank is supposed to opperate. I dont trust Absa anymore and this after 27 years banking with you since you were Volkskas bank.
