Service consultants do not have a feeling of urgency. They don't understand what customer service is all about. The workshop determined that the thermostat need immediate repair, but not from the service specialists. One, responding calls or contacting a client after they have not returned calls is a nightmare. Not to add the poor appointment scheduling with the workshop.
