Bad service

I'm disappointed with their service, a friend had a wedding on Sunday 29 September 2024, when we arrived 08:15 to setup the sound system, the hall was dirty and they only started cleaning at 9am so we had to wait, I requested that they cater for the sound and band crew when they start serving the finger meal/starter, but they were very rude and refused especially the catering manager lady
