I collaborated with this supplier for more than a year, and unfortunately, my experience with their management was the worst I've encountered compared to any other supplier I've worked with. Anticipate delays in payments, and in some cases, no payments at all. I'm still awaiting a payment from July, despite numerous attempts to reach out, as they have remained unresponsive. Additionally, I've witnessed poor treatment of their staff on multiple occasions, sometimes even having to intervene. While the venue they offer is undeniably spectacular, the service does not live up to the beauty of the space. I'm aware of multiple dissatisfied clients who have voiced complaints about both the subpar service and the high fees.

We got married at The Forum White Light Lanseria on 11 Sept 2021, it is now 27 Oct 2021 and the venue has not paid back our deposits which they have been promising since a week after the wedding. They keep saying they’ll pay but they keep giving us the run around. We now have to get lawyers involved at great cost to issue a letter of demand and help us get our money back. Do not use this wedding venue they will make your wedding an unpleasant experience.

REVIEW: Attented their High Tea at Lanseria on Sun 3rdApr 2016. Confusion as they put out 2 locations. No communication to peoples requests for confirmation. Highly unprofessional to not get back on social media sites...not even on the day! People drove to both venues. Thats PR and Eventing 101. Location was just ok. Joburgers are used to Lanseria there are far better places. Food was just a normal tea one would serve at home for guests ...certainly not \high\" tea worthy or high tea style. Nothing mindblowing or even just delicious to go back for 2nds. Served \"iced coffee\" as a welcome drink but it was merely 'cold' coffee..that was a sign of things to come. Entire experience not worth the cost. Better off stopping at Woolies. Will def not go again or recommend it."
