My matter to be addressed fairly so because I believe that what I paid I must get servive that is standard

On 30th of May 2024 I was involved in an Accident at corner Kaolibe and Annan Street and the accident took me at Fountain Private Hospital and I received a Bad Bad Service. I request the Hospital to meeting with Manager to lodge my dispute but with no vain I could not meeting manager because they said I couldn't meet the manager I can only meet with Manager. I had seating with Marketing Manager, Practitioners Manager and the Doctor who was working that day. I was not happy with outcome of the seating thus I escalate the matter for further assistance
