Unfair Labour Practice
I have resigned from Work in December... And the company is Refusing to Pay out my Pension Fund... Now I have to waste Time and money for me to get the Money that's due to me... Every time I Call the Head office for the past 2 months am Told the Person in charge of the department is NOT available... I just want the Money that's due to me.

My matter to be addressed fairly so because I believe that what I paid I must get servive that is standard
On 30th of May 2024 I was involved in an Accident at corner Kaolibe and Annan Street and the accident took me at Fountain Private Hospital and I received a Bad Bad Service. I request the Hospital to meeting with Manager to lodge my dispute but with no vain I could not meeting manager because they said I couldn't meet the manager I can only meet with Manager. I had seating with Marketing Manager, Practitioners Manager and the Doctor who was working that day. I was not happy with outcome of the seating thus I escalate the matter for further assistance Regards Sarah

Bad Service
On the 30th May 2024 I was involved in a car accident at Carletonville Kaoline and Annan Street. The Ambulance took me to Fountain Private Hospital I was help by to Doctor and service was very very bad to the extend of I was discharge in a pain. I requested to see the Manager of the Hospital but I denied the access and I was told I cannot see the Manager, the Marketing Manager is the one who will address my complain and I am not happy with outcome of my complaint

Very bad service
My mother of 79 years was send there for treatment of lungs and been weak. She discharged this morning 1st of Des '23 in worst condition than she was when she went in with nasty marks on her arms etc.how can they do that.i want to take them to medical board.

Mad house Hospital
What's the use of calling yourselves a private hospital whereas you operate worse than a public hospital would. I was sick lying in those disgusting, malfunctioning beds that had linen as sand paper, food taste less not appetising all. The bed side locker where I had to put my clothes in looked so infested with germs they where rusty and dirty, disgustingly so. I'm not sure if I was at a mad house or a medical hospital but we would have one nurse taking care of us and one nurse literally taking care of 8 patients, you could see the rage in the nurses eyes when she would help us out but all the work load was on her shoulders. I don't know much but I don't think one nurse could be capable of taking care of 8 sickly people some worse than the others. No matter how good they could be I doubt that it's possible... Some of the patients needs are neglected due to lack of staff I doubt that the 3 nurses that were with us day and night could ever show compassion when the work under so much pressure. We blame nurses for giving poor services but not looking at the factors that are contributing to that. I DO NOT EVER WANT TO SEE MYSELF THERE EVER.....
