Unfair Labour Practice
I have resigned from Work in December... And the company is Refusing to Pay out my Pension Fund... Now I have to waste Time and money for me to get the Money that's due to me... Every time I Call the Head office for the past 2 months am Told the Person in charge of the department is NOT available... I just want the Money that's due to me.

It's going on The 3rd Month now The Carltonville Traffic department will not account why we haven't received our Drivers Licence... since February No Answers why my Drivers Licence card has not been issued..

This Company has being giving me the run around for the past 3 weeks in connection with my Non Delivery Refund... all the can tell you is the person working with your claim is in a Meeting or Lunch... 3 weeks of this Madness... I'm yet not have been Refunded.

This Company has been Giving me the Run Around in connection with my refund that I am Due....it's been over the promised days that my money will be back in my Account.. endless Emails and WhatsApp communication and I still haven't received my refund...
