Unfair Labour Practice

I have resigned from Work in December... And the company is Refusing to Pay out my Pension Fund... Now I have to waste Time and money for me to get the Money that's due to me... Every time I Call the Head office for the past 2 months am Told the Person in charge of the department is NOT available... I just want the Money that's due to me.
