Incompetency
The most rudest people I've have ever encountered in my entire life and they're seemingly aware of it and just don't Care. My story is very similar to the ones I've read so far. I ordered a bedding set in June 2020 and payed half of the money and was still yet waiting for a collection sms that will indicate when I could pay the balance and collect my items, haven't received it to date. I've been calling them several times, all my experiences being horrid. They hang up on you, transfer you to a ghost number, when I eventually get to speak to someone that'll assist me and tell them my problem, they then transfer me to another ghost number. All I want is my money back, they can keep their products I could never enjoy them after this.

Mad house Hospital
What's the use of calling yourselves a private hospital whereas you operate worse than a public hospital would. I was sick lying in those disgusting, malfunctioning beds that had linen as sand paper, food taste less not appetising all. The bed side locker where I had to put my clothes in looked so infested with germs they where rusty and dirty, disgustingly so. I'm not sure if I was at a mad house or a medical hospital but we would have one nurse taking care of us and one nurse literally taking care of 8 patients, you could see the rage in the nurses eyes when she would help us out but all the work load was on her shoulders. I don't know much but I don't think one nurse could be capable of taking care of 8 sickly people some worse than the others. No matter how good they could be I doubt that it's possible... Some of the patients needs are neglected due to lack of staff I doubt that the 3 nurses that were with us day and night could ever show compassion when the work under so much pressure. We blame nurses for giving poor services but not looking at the factors that are contributing to that. I DO NOT EVER WANT TO SEE MYSELF THERE EVER.....
