Theft at The Gallery Queenstown

i recently booked in at the gallery in Queenstown on 18/09/19 and out on the 19/09/19. around 16H40 i called the gallery and ask them to check for my sunglasses that i left in room 11, and i was told none of the housekeepers reported items found. on the day in question 2 housekeepers were in the room in question. i asked for their names from the Manager Pinky who refused to give me the names so that i can open a theft case against them.
