However, the experience soured when it came time for installation. The wife informed me 20 minutes after the agreed time that the installer was sick. Despite my cancelled plans, she was unhelpful and declined my calls, citing personal commitments. After three cancellations, the installation finally took place. The communication became UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE, and even ******. Overall, a very DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.
