23 Jan 2023, 19:34 Mr Hurley, You have been bringing up the same complaint since 10th February 2022 and despite repeated responses and explanations, you continue to beat the same drum and will not accept the facts of the matter.Again, and for the 5th time, I am going to ask you to use the correct channels in terms of any dispute and that would be the RMI (of which we are accredited members) or the Motor Industry Ombudsman. You say you have the documentation and the proof, so I am imploring you to lodge a complaint and let's resolve this matter. We explained in detail why the extra work was required and the fact that it would cause damage to your motor but you chose to ignore it. There is a signed written report to this effect. Sadly, and as previously, my staff have stated categorically that they will no longer assist you and this is based on your unpleasant displays of temper in our workshop and reception area and also your foul and abusive language.Please also be advised that should you continue to put this unsubstantiated, biased and false information on social media, we will take legal action against you.
